J. Stolar Insurance Agency is a family-owned independent insurance agency based in Three Rivers, MA, serving the local community since 1980. Built on an old-fashioned commitment to customer service, they specialize in home, auto, business, and life insurance for individuals and small businesses across Western Massachusetts.
The Challenge
Like most local insurance agencies, J. Stolar Insurance had an active Facebook presence but struggled to break through on social media. Their typical video post averaged 0–50 views, 3 likes, and no shares solid numbers for a small agency, but not the kind of engagement that builds community visibility or drives new inquiries.
They had hosted community events before but had never captured them on video. Without professional coverage, those moments lived only in the memories of the people who attended.
When they decided to host their first ever Santa Visits event at their office, they brought in Fourside Studios to document it.
